I need an A/D converter that has a minimum sample freq of 500 KHz.
I’m using the 10x rule so that no ailasing will occur in the 50 Khz sigmal
that is being converted.
Single channel
Prefer serial out but parallel out is ok two.

Question in need of an answer…
Which is a more severe environment for SIR testing. 85%RH at 85C, or
85%RH at a lower temperature, say 35C? The reason for the question is
that in my day to day observations in the outside world, water condenses
on surfaces more readily at lower temperatures than at higher
temperatures. Thus it seems reasonable that more water may actually be
on the surface of a test sample at lower temperatures. Since most tests
of this nature are performed at the higher temperatures though, my
reasoning must be in error. Is there someone who may be able to shed
some light on this subject for me?

anyone know of such a group? In particular, I’m interested in
participating in discussions (and furthering my own knowledge) about
MCM testing, vendor capabilities, MCM fabrication, etc. Any information,
even a better place to ask this question, would be most appreciated.
