I have a 1987 Franklin Computer SA-103 "Spell Master" that I would like to
hack for other applications. Can anyone identify the following parts and
suggest where to find data?
PFR7023A / HV-212 94V0 (LCD display)
Motorola SCQ38099PG01 / IL8810
NEC 23C1000G806 / SA 103 8805 (SA 103 is the system’s model number, I guess
this is a ROM?)
NEC D7008-4 / 8811LP712
8816L / UM6116M-3 (identified as a UMC 2kB SRAM, but where can I get data?)

Can somebody please suggest to me where I can get a photodiode,
phototransistor, darlington, or schmitt, which responds to UV light in the
340-360 range. Most parts in catalogs detect red or near IR, which won’t
work at all for what I’m doing

I need to build a quick and dirty prototype of an appliance that
requires a small, low-resolution color LCD. I’m looking for an
off-the-shelf module that includes a controller and video RAM so that
I can interface it easily to an AVR. Resolution 80×60 would be enough,
4:3 aspect ratio (or close to it) is mandatory. 2" diagonal or smaller
is the size range I’m looking for. Four-level grayscale would probably
be acceptable. The main thing is, I need to be able to buy it in a
onesie for a one-time project.
The Hantronix HDM1216C-2 is the closest thing I’ve found so far, but
it’s a non-stock item at Mouser and I haven’t got a reply on the
leadtime yet. Plus, it’s 160×120 and that’s more resolution than I
need.
Any other candidates people can suggest?

What is the spec of a transformer that uses a SG54/25 core?
It is not an EI 54/25.5 (too small) and it (should be) a large (-ish)
ferrite type core
