25A 14V DC regulator

Anyone have any ideas on a ready made DC/DC regulator that can take
input voltages from around 10 volts to 14V and output a consistent
14VDC (or adjustable in that range) at 25A or more? I’m not totally
against building my own, so a component recommendation would be helpful
also; however I would prefer a ready made solution. So far I’ve easily
found some solutions but they are only good to around 3A or 5A, etc.

Thanks,

Jonathan

What's a CD3197?

I ran across a CD3197 DIP on a cassette player board I am salvaging, but
can’t seem to find a data sheet or even a description of this chip on the
web.

What is this? Where can I find the data sheet?

Thanks
Jim

Help in ID of a part

Pictures will be on alt.binaries. pictures.radio  Have large diode. It has a
seperate small terminial on one side. Also shows a diode marking. Printing
as follows. DELCO RADIO 6909  (diode mark) 632670.  Also stamped A3634 and
this is also etched on heatsink. I looked in all of solid state reference
books I have and Googled every way I could think of. It checks as a diode. I
