I’m looking for a small switch for a low voltage circuit. Ideally the
switch, after turning on, will be a potentiometer or digitally scaling

Either you have missed something *really* basic or we don’t unnderstand
the question. The description is of a pot with a switch (like the volume
control on most radios and TVs). My supervisor suggests that you look
into the Allen-Bradley ModPot series, but there are many other sources.
